Proofing is an excellent tool to use to allow your clients to proof their images from anywhere. It is a fairly simple set up, so you may be wondering if you're using Proofing to its fullest potential. Use the guide below to find out what features you may be missing and how to get the most out of Proofing.
Branding, branding, branding.
Proofing is an opportunity for your client to interact with your brand even more than they would on your website, so it is important to utilize the design tools to brand your proofing site to make it consistent with your branding on your website and other marketing materials.
Link to your website and vice versa.
Make it easy for your clients to get to your Proofing tool from your website and to get to your website from Proofing. The more integrated the experience, the more professional you come across and the happier your clients will be!

Have clients create their own app.
Giving your clients to opportunity to create their own personal app for their proofing event builds anticipation and excitement for their images, and makes it easier for them to share their images with friends and family on the go. You can create the proofing event before you even do the session and provide your client with the link to create their app, that way when their images are ready to be viewed all they have to do is tap the app!
Note: To allow clients to create their app during the session, you'll need to set up a proofing event without images in it, then add images to that event when they are ready. If your client accesses the app before the images are uploaded, they will get a "Coming Soon" message.
Provide digital downloads.
