There are two (2) ways you can update the email address you use to log into your PhotoBiz account. You can update by logging into your PhotoBiz account through our login page or you can update by installing the PhotoBiz To Go app (Apple or Android Devices).
Update from PhotoBiz.com Login Page
To update the email address on your account, click on the menu icon at the top right corner of the control panel and click on Account, then mouse over Account Details, and select Login Info.
You can then type out the new email address, and click Update Information.
The email set for your login info is where you receive your receipts, communications from PhotoBiz, and is the default notification email throughout your account.
Note: You can also update your password from this section of your account. Please type it twice and they must match.
Update Your Password via PhotoBiz To Go App
1. Download PhotoBiz To Go and install on your mobile device
Apple Devices: PhotoBiz To Go on iTunes
Android Devices: PhotoBiz To Go on Google Play
2. Log into your PhotoBiz account via PhotoBiz To Go App
3. Click on the My Account icon
4. Enter your new email address in the Email field
5. Tap the SAVE button
