With the Client Relationship Builder, you have the ability to create and build custom forms easily. In order to keep your forms organized, you can add separate categories for your forms from your control panel.
To get started click on the forms icon in your control panel. Next, click on the option for Form Editor.
By default, the My Contact Forms category will already be created. If you need additional categories, click on the option for New Category and then type in the name for your new form category.
You can repeat by adding additional categories as needed.
