To make your existing domain name work with your PhotoBiz site, you need to have your domain name servers pointed to our Data Center.  Below are instructions on how to change your name servers through the OpenSRS control panel (also called TUCOWS). 

Note:  Changing your name servers does not transfer your domain registration.  You will need to keep your domain current with your current registrar.

IMPORTANT EMAIL NOTE:

  • If you have domain-based email (i.e. info@mydomain.com), please send your email provider's MX records to our Support Team BEFORE you change your name servers (the next step). If you change your name servers before we have your email's MX records set up on our servers, your email will go down. Your email will be restored within 2-24 hours after your MX records have been added to our servers. 
  • If you don't have domain-based email and you would like it, we recommend PhotoBiz Mailbox. Click here for more information about Mailbox

  • Browse to https://manage.opensrs.net and enter the following information:

    Domain Name: (Enter your domain name.  Do not include the "www")
    User Name: (Enter the user name you received from your domain registrar)
    Password: (Enter the password provided by your domain registrar) 

  • Click on Manage Name Servers
  • Enter the following Name Servers in the first two boxes:
  1. ns.rackspace.com
  2. ns2.rackspace.com
  • Note: Make sure to replace any info that is already in those boxes.
  • If there is any name server information in any of the other boxes, remove it before saving.
  • Click on "Save/Submit".
