Tagging contact entries within your Contacts tool makes it easier to find and target a specific group of customers, potential customers, or vendors. If you need to add a tag to a large number of contacts, you can do so all at once in just two easy steps!
Follow the steps below to learn how to do so.
STEP 1: CHOOSE CONTACTS TO TAG
First, click on the CONTACTS button at the top of your control panel.
You'll see a list of your contacts. Check the checkbox to the left of each contact you'd like to tag.
STEP 2: ADD TAG(S)
After all the necessary contacts are selected, click on the ADD TAG button.
A lightbox window will appear that will allow you to enter your tag(s). Enter one tag at a time and click on ADD TAG.
When all necessary tags have been added, click on SAVE CHANGES.
After you click on SAVE CHANGES, you'll see a confirmation message.
Note: This feature can only be used on one page at a time.
