Can I Import Contacts From my Mobile Device?

Do you have lots and lots of contact stored in your phone that you want integrated into your PhotoBiz account? There is a quick and easy way to import your contacts from your iPhone or Android smartphone to your PhotoBiz account using the PhotoBiz To Go App.

The PhotoBiz ToGo App can be found in iTunes and the Google Play Store.


After you've downloaded the PhotoBiz To Go App, open the app and log in to your account.

From there, tap on the CONTACTS icon.

This will bring you to your list of Contacts that are currently saved in your PhotoBiz account. 

At the top right corner of the screen, you'll see the IMPORT icon (an arrow pointing up). Tap on this icon.

After you tap on the IMPORT icon, tap OK when prompted.

This will bring you to a report of how many contacts stored in your phone are eligible to be imported into your account. An eligible contact will have an email address associated with the contact.

On this page, you can select what TYPE of contact you want this group of contacts to be (Lead, Customer, or Vendor). You can also attribute a TAG with this group of contacts. 

Before you can begin the import, verify the statement at the bottom of the screen, then tap IMPORT.

After the import is complete, you will see a report of your import with the contact type selected, tags selected, number of contacts imported, and invalid contacts.

If you'd like, tap on GO TO CONTACTS and you will be brought back to your new full list of contacts.
